
I’ve spent nearly a decade working in mission-driven organizations across the full spectrum of HR—from Benefits Specialist to HR Director. Along the way, I’ve supported teams in hospitality and nonprofit environments, gaining firsthand experience in what it takes to manage people well when resources are limited and the mission matters deeply.
My career has been rooted in the realities a lot of organizations face every day: wearing multiple hats, navigating compliance without in-house legal teams, and supporting employees who care deeply about their work. I’ve built HR systems from the ground up, cleaned up inherited messes, coached managers through difficult conversations, and supported leadership through complex employee relations issues.
I founded Stone HR Solutions to continue doing meaningful, high-impact HR work in a way that is sustainable—for both organizations and people. I love supporting teams, solving complex people challenges, and building systems that actually work. Creating my own firm allowed me to do this work with flexibility and intention, without stepping away from what I care about most.
At the core of my work is a genuine care for people. Being able to support employees, help them navigate challenges, and create fair, respectful workplaces truly fills my cup.
